Lord Vader will dispatch the rebel scum of Star Wars: Battlefront II. Darth Vader comes on the scene!
For years it was speculated that Anakin Skywalker would eventually become the chosen one that would bring the balance to the Force, but its gradual conversion towards the dark side of it would not only suppose an unfortunate change of look: as the Sith Lord Darth Vader would be feared in all the galaxy, something that will be reflected in 'Star Wars Battlefront II'.
Perhaps the addition of one of the most iconic big screen villains to the new DICE shooter is not a surprise. However, his repertoire of moves will delight the Warsies: in addition to demonstrating their mastery of strength, Battlefront II will include a game system based on their own anger.
Anger is the one that gives the energy to the Dark Side of the Force, and the one of Vader is almost infinite. Driven by his powerful fury, Vader can periodically increase both his durability and the damage he can inflict, becoming stronger as the battle progresses. Vader is always dangerous, but when he begs his anger, it is almost unstoppable.
As we saw in the recently celebrated open beta of 'Star Wars Battlefront II' the use of galactic heroes - and villains - will have certain limitations depending on the gameplay, although their presence in battle will be transcendental.
In the case of Vader, we will have access to the same powers seen in the original 'Star Wars: Battlefront', although this time will benefit from the new customizable card system, creating a version of the Lord Sith adapted to our style of play and the needs of our team.
A reckless pilot, a deadly warrior and a ruthless leader. No one has as much experience in ending the rebel dregs as Lord Vader, and his presence on the battlefield will be decisive. Something that we can check in 'Star Wars Battlefront II' from November 17 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
